Republic Resumes kicking goals in recession

I will do more positive employment stories because I’ve had a gut full of the doom and gloom.

In the last two months Republic Resumes maintained our job short-list interview rate of between 65-70 per cent (66 per cent), in a recession economy.

Of those short-listed clients who asked us for job interviews tips, 47 per cent landed the job.

Even though our home territory is Adelaide and Wollongong (and surrounding areas), we got a lot more contacts from job seekers in Melbourne (my home town).

Here are some comments from a couple of clients:

“I’m really happy with the result and I wouldn’t change anything. Great service and results. Thank you very much,” Andrea.

“Hi Malcolm, I love it (cover letter). Can’t think of anything more to add really. Thanks,” Gary.

“Thank you very much for all your support and very valuable inputs from the beginning of the process. Now that I know the kind of requirements that you need to build resume I will ask my wife to get her details ready and then will come back to you for the next steps.” Sri Lankan client, Colombo.

These are tough times but the advice I give to all job seekers, in good times and bad, is to never give up!

Republic Resumes goes to work for you.
