My background is in recruitment, professional writing, PR and journalism, where professionalism was drummed in to me.

We can’t always get to the phone, so when people call and don’t leave a message – some three or four times a day – we won’t call them back.

If a prospective client can’t state their business in a short message, from experience, we know there’s a high chance they won’t reply to our email questions.

We also think it’s unprofessional and weird.

We’ve got people who are so desperate to get a job, they’d kill.

Hang ups say they’re not serious prospective clients.

Others want us to write their resume in a ‘week or two’s time’. Huh? I’ve got a waiting list stretching well in to next week.

If you want a resume written sometime in the future, call us when the future arrives.

The job market is tough.

The applicant with the best resume and the strongest motivation, wins.

Leave a message or email us and we’ll get back to you in a few hours.
