About three months ago we had a run of Brazilian people looking for work. Three out of the four clients got a job and Marina was one of them.

Marina was cool. She had a great history in marketing and events management in Rio de Janeiro, especially in cosmetics and beverages.
She understood that I needed ‘hooks’. They are short sentences with a result that pack a punch. No recruiter can resist them. She now works for an agency of the South Australian government.
Ana
Ana was a nurse in Brazil and she had a pretty good resume but it lacked results.
We structured and reformatted the resume and emailed her some questions about her achievements. We made sure all of her certificates and diplomas were recognised in Australia.
We then put those in the new resume and worked on pairing her duties with the achievements. Then we ranked them with the most important towards the top of the resume.
Ana now works at the Royal Adelaide Hospital.
But it’s not good news for all…
