We call them ‘ghosts’.
They are prospective clients who make contact and email us their old resume.
We take time to assess their work and look at ways to make it more professional.
We then produce a quote and send it to them and ask for them to reply by a certain time and date.
And here’s where it gets spooky … we never hear from them again.
The reason is they either didn’t check our fees (which are highly competitive) or else they just wanted a free resume assessment.
This is the height of rudeness.
We make a note of the ghosts and ghost them if they return.
What a waste of time.
